Why the records are separate
An amount payable can exist before a payment. A day off can be booked before it is taken. A vendor cost can belong to the household without becoming money owed to the helper. The pilot preserves these differences so a total can be traced back to its inputs.
What you can explore now
The public site contains English and Traditional Chinese guides linked to official sources. The application has a browser-local fictional household with Maria Santos and sample Hong Kong dollar transactions.
The demo is for exploring the workflow. Private sign-in activation awaits verified sender and inbox delivery; it should not be used as a substitute for a verified private household workspace.
The pilot’s calculation scope
Ordinary full calendar months with unchanged agreed compensation are supported. Compensation and contract history are retained so older statements remain explainable. Actual payments and immutable corrections have separate records.
Partial months, statutory pay formulas, unsupported leave calculations, holiday arrangements and disputed deductions need explicit review. Neither the software nor these guides issue a legal compliance certificate.
How facts are presented
Legal facts link to the relevant official announcement or Labour Department guidance near the section that uses them. Effective dates are shown where a figure depends on contract signing. The current editorial review date is 5 October 2026.
The published pages contain no customer testimonials or claims of professional accreditation. Independent document wording review, retention decisions and a tested recovery process remain pilot release checks.
