Calculate this wage period.
Enter the agreed monthly wage, choose the pay period and add only the adjustments you need. No helper identity, contract upload or daily event history is required.
Your monthly cycle can start mid-month
A recurring cycle from 3 October to 2 November uses one agreed monthly salary. Choose the start day that matches your arrangement. Each cycle uses that day, or the final date of a shorter month when the chosen day does not exist.
For a genuinely shorter or custom period, enter the salary and cash food amount for that period explicitly. The calculator does not invent a daily divisor.
Use agreed rates and the number of days
Enter a daily amount and the number of days for rest-day work, holiday work, extra work or unpaid leave. The result itemizes each multiplication. Paid leave does not automatically reduce the monthly salary.
These entered rates describe your calculation. An extra payment does not replace statutory holiday or rest-day rights, and an unpaid-leave amount does not decide whether a deduction is lawful.

Save the details you use again
The household workspace can save a helper’s monthly wage, food arrangement, cycle start day and custom rates. Detailed calendar records are optional for quick calculations. Finalized statements keep the inputs used at the time.
This public calculator keeps its inputs in the page while you use it. It does not send your calculation to the household API. Open the household workspace when you want saved profiles and statements.
Good questions deserve clear answers.
Is 3 October–2 November treated as a full month?
Yes. With a recurring monthly cycle starting on day 3, that range uses one full agreed monthly salary.
Do I need to log every leave day?
No. The quick calculator uses the totals you enter. Paid leave does not trigger a deduction; unpaid leave needs an explicit agreed daily amount and day count.
Does holiday-work pay settle the holiday entitlement?
No. This calculator itemizes an entered amount. Keep any required holiday or rest-day arrangement separately.
